Does anyone have a copy they don't use / need? I could do with one for college work but I don't fancy paying nearly £100 for a copy

I can send you a CD of Office 2003, or you could download it and I'll give you a serial code for it

Did you just make them up or did you find some on the internet?

Sometimes serials only work once, because when you try to use it again it checks that it's not already in use by looking it up on the internet. The only other option might be to try and find a crack for it, although it might not work too well because antivirus programs have to be updated reguarly which would be a problem. I use AVG which is free to download and use, it's pretty decent and easy to use.

My mate downloaded norton internet security and it came with a 99year subscription code (crack). Maybe look on torrentspy? Sonic - You could use open office, apparently it's 100% compatible with MS office and is free. Not sure how good it is but my mate says it works ok for him. http://www.openoffice.org/

I can also recomend openoffice. I'd go as far to say as it's better than it's microsoft counterpart.

Open Office is very good. I use both at home but have tended to move towards openoffice more as i like open source systems.
