Mine's been out for delivery with DPD for a week, I'm not confident I'll ever see it tbh.

That's been par for the course for ages, not sure it's down to dpd or the club.

From my admittedly incredibly vague recollection the Loki PL one wasn't embroidered, it was a sort of half way house iron on, I don't recall the Xara situation but Mizuno was definitely embroidered.

My Adidas one which has been relegated to turbo trainer duties is still fully intact despite probably 100's of washes.

Do may shirts have embroidered these days, I assumed it would be all iron on for some sort of performance weight/joggers nipple reason or something?
Health and safety,  risk assessment Etc.

It's all odd, last time I ordered something I had a tracking email from DPD literally within a couple of minutes of placing my order saying they had it, when they couldn't possibly have had it, it then took a bloody age to arrive.

They often send an email saying they are expecting a package straight away.

Have you tried tracking it?

So the club are stocking in the shop, yet when I ordered on the day of release I am still yet to receive a collection email. No communication. Answer the phone to talk to me!
I think it was last summer I didn't get an email for my season ticket collection and it was because the auto fill left a space at the end of my email address causing the system to spaz out and not recognise the email address.

The retail operation is shambolic buying stuff online in my experience. If you go into your account you should see an order history which will have the latest status of your order - I only found that out through trial and error and hours spent on the phone after pre-ordering shirts last year

My order history states a database number with the status 'active'. Fuck knows what that that means.

I have a delivery email for tracking which states delivery attempted on 14th August at 07:45. No card so assume this is bollocks because someone was in then.

Standard service offering from the delivery firms to be fair so probably not directly the clubs fault.

DPD normally allows you to rearrange delivery. assume you don't have this option

No option for that unfortunately. Wait and see I suppose but that could leave it too late to get a replacement from the club.
