Is Wakeling a permy addition or loan?

One year perm deal I believe, get him signed up for another quick.

Early days, but Leyton Orient’s form looks ominous. I seem to remember FGR getting out to a big early lead last season.

Would definitely have taken 4 wins and 5 draws from the first 10. Well done all.

Fantastic Swindon. Curry will taste lovely tonight!

Second placed Northampton at home next week.

Amazing turn around which looked unthinkable after the Gillingham game...

For me Khan man of the first half just edging Gladders but overall,Wakeling put in an amazing shift, especially when we went down to 10
So many great performers, Clayton also deserving on any other day of MotM, Hutton excellent again, Wakeling covered every inch of grass, Jephcott lead the line perfectly all game, FBT solid as ever too. Gladwins best game in years for us, Khan hardly put a foot wrong other than his 2 bookings, MacDonald won almost everything again vs a strong opponent.

It was just a very strong solid performance all round against a decent Grimsby side.

Some great comments from the Grimsby forum. Makes a change from the usual shit we get when we win.

Kudos

Fantastic win. I was one of Lindsey’s critics but hold my hands up I may be wrong. We played very well today and battled well with 10. Can see something of this season…

Can tell that a weight has been lifted for SL. Even his voice is different in the post-match.
