They'll probably sell quite quickly. Mainly because they probably aren't asking for 10 million quid.

And potentially more than that - plus wading through the tangled weeds of extras any buyer would apparently have to deal with. Clem's reign has been littered with over promise, under deliver and that theme is continuing.

Swindon, this is Swindon.

Over-promising at the start, 3 yrs ago, was a huge mistake.  He came in on a wave of goodwill & enthusiasm, and squandered the lot by failing to put in place the apparatus to run a successful lower league football club.  I don't think I've ever seen so much support and positive feeling ebb away over such a short period.  There was no single, defining event in that process...just a steady, drip-drip of neglect and under-delivery.

When he first came in what he did and how he behaved is what a owner should be like. It is why the whole arguement about them just being out of their depth arhuement and not great with the media does not wash with me. They were great at it in the begining and made all the right decisions. Great PR all over the media, making football appoitments season ticket launches kit launches.

They know how the club should be run but chooses not to and that's why they should be judged how they are.

What worries me and i really don't know why as can't put my finger on it but they don't seem overly worried about lack of numbers walking through the turnstyles. No ticket initives , only advertising the matches once in the lead up to games they just do not seem bothered.

Saturday was a prime example. Releasing a kit launch at 8am on a matchday.. Build it up throughout the week and you will get a few more people turning up on the day but it's like they just don't care now

$10m +interest.

We are unviable unless Clem is willing to write off a fair portion of the debt owed to Clem (and co).

Exactly this. They are polar opposite of the first few months. We need to see the admin expenses.

In a sane world you can see the case where as you go along that the debt levels and true running costs are refined and may have an impact on OPEX (mainly squad wages).

But it looked like a complete sea change when Chorley walked, we transitioned to some other model. I could understand it if this was because we were reducing cost to break even. But we are told we are losing 1M a year still. How much more was the old model losing then FFS?

Given we made a tiny profit the year Man City came to town - what changed since then?
  - Inflation
  - Loss of revenue from ST sales.

But we are told ST sales revenue is flat, and playing budget is increased.

Pretty much this. Some people are clearly making money from activities not related from ticket sales, they are choosing to run the club like this. Until something happens that changes this nothing is going to happen. The football club increasingly just feels like a front!

Exactly.

What we're apparently losing is irrelevant. Put us in to admin if you have to and lose your debt. If we have to go down to national league to clear these cunts out then so be it. They're a cancer and they're taking every paying customer for a ride.

I dread to think what this seasons budget was before our fearless leader had to add more the last transfer window to make it competitive. It stinks. The whole thing stinks.
