We are lucky here.  Normally we can wear whatever we like, summer months is shorts, t-shirts or swindon top and baseball cap no problem.  Only have to dress up if we have visitors (very rare) or visit a client.

Yeah if I've got a visitor and I think they are worthy I will wear a tie, but that's pretty rare. Generally they are trying to sell me something so I couldn't care less what they think of me!
