I presume the players now get a half time quarter of an Orange and a 1-2-1 with Sheridan where he tells them they were fucking awful, get if forward and, just for Travers, catch the fucking ball.  I think even Managers of the classics such as The Greyhound, Deers Leap and New Century would be further forward in their coaching development than this guy.
