I'd push Fryers into his role, drop Conroy back and put Smith up top with DJ given license to wander.
It's not Grounds' strength to be creating on the lhs when we are trailing and time is running out. I keep thinking he needs to be subbed second half. Odimayo nowhere for Donny's second. |

This team needs a proper disciplinarian style manager who will keep the players on their toes, that is the only way we’d be capable of getting out of trouble. Unfortunately Sheridan isn’t that, he’d just here doing the bare minimum to get paid.

No goal scored in over 300 minutes of football now.
That’s a bit shit.
310 mins and counting(15 mins left), this will be 4 defeats in a row with us only scoring 2 goals in that time but conceding 9 (so far). We are struggling now, a decent first half but 2 very poor goals defensively have cost us yet again. Just can't see us scoring today unfortunately. |

We seem to have acquired the knack of losing comfortably whilst playing well. Doesn't bode well that.
Playing forward because we're chasing the game. Needs the centre back to cover the space a bit though.
I am sorry, we have not played "well" in a game for months. We have played OK, or better at times, but not well. Today we have had a good 20 mins or so, been competitive for some of the other and looked ropey as shit at other times. |

You're right to an extent, I meant relatively well, I don't for one second think we're a good team. Earlier in the season we played terribly and lost. We've stopped playing terribly, but haven't stopped losing. That's what worries me most. |
