Swinton Reds 20 Ltd lodged another confirmation statement with companies house today, no change from previous confirming that their shares at 85% Power, 15% Clem.

Apparently yes, I have heard that there is nothing untoward with Steve Andersons moving to Director but that is the official line, so who knows.

Sanghita left ages back didn't she, I think Power has been sole director of all three for ages, albeit there are the non-execs aren't there albeit they have never shown up on Companies House docs.

Stephen Crouch was a director of Swinton Reds 20 ltd, but he resigned on 14/08/2019
