Righty ho...

I want to do an online survey, about c.5-10 questions (majority will be yes/no plus a text box) and probably c.80 respondents, will also need to be able to record the respondents name and email address.

Any suggestions what to use, used Survey Monkey in the past but the free version seems to limit you to 40 responses?

Its not for commercial purposes and relates to the present covid situation?

How much functionality does it need? Just simple questions and answers?

No worries. For future reference this is a good one. https://feedier.com

And I don't mind sharing my paid account with you should you require something the free doesn't provide.

I think other than kids who have had to keep going (SEN or Keyworker Kids), we can likely answer that question with a "Not very many.", I would imagine.

Will parents or guardians be fined if they do not send their spawn to school? Kinda like those who remove theirs from school and affect their children's education by wanting to save a few big & boost the Spanish economy & not that of Devon?
Apparently not.
