I'm trying to buy my Season Ticket seat for the Cheltenham game, but I can never seem to register myself on the Ticket Office website despite the fact that a Swindon Town Club Account is registered to my email address. It keeps telling me that they've sent me an email link to register with the Ticket Office, but there's nothing in my inbox or junk folder.

Phone booking on the 0330 number has my regular seat blocked out. (Not that the match is going to be a sellout or anything!).

Has anyone else had the same problem?

It's worth emailing them to check they have the right email address for your account and explain the problem.

I had the issue with dead email addresses , and they were very helpful in resolving it.

Thanks Batch. The people at eTicketing couldn't help but Danny in the Ticket Office has sorted it for me.

I have just tried logging into the ticketing website to get my ticket for Tuesday and it won't let me log in, it keeps telling me that my email address is not valid, but it is the linked to my account.

Edit* I have managed to get into the ticketing page but I had to log in through the Town Pay site

When they switched to single sign on you had to re confirm your mail address by replying to the link in a mail they sent.

Once that was done you link everything to your season ticket number.
