Ok, so who is bothering with this tonight. It's 20 quid down the pan for me for what will probably be a massive anti climax as Mayweather takes it on points, and more importantly for him becomes $100 million better off. McGregor fascinates me. Probably uses more words in a day than I do in a year.

Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves? Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here? Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change? Crap!

Don't beat yourself up. Most of his are repetition.

Expect McGregor to come out firing but landing little to nothing on Mayweather before being stopped in rounds 4-8 once he slows and Mayweather does what he's always done and works him out.
Part of me wants to believe it could be a competitive fight but realistically its unlikely to happen. Look at the elite level boxers Mayweather has beaten. Only a handful have ever had him in a bit of bother and he's only been knocked down once, 16 years ago.
McGregor has the power to knock him out but I don't see him having the skills to get anywhere near achieving it unless he manages to rush out and catch Floyd off guard at the start of a round.
Yet there is still intrigue for me, mainly because McGregor isn't your average bloke and he makes you believe he actually has a shot.
Won't be buying it but may set an alarm because I've been drawn in by the hype.

The best defensive boxer of all time against a mixed martial artist. McGregor will do well to even land a clean shot.

Mma rules and Mcgregor should win. Perhaps they should have two fights to be fair.

Really hoping McGregor can land a decent punch and floor him. Anyone got a link please?
Edit: Just seen that the fight isn't until around 4am, so I'll give the live action a miss.

4am? If it starts before 5:30 I'll be surprised. Especially with Davis dicking around rather than trying to finish his fight early.

Was a non match. People who paid to watch it must have more money than sense! Mayweather cruised through the fight and was never really in any danger. McGregor won't give a fuck though, how many millions did he get?

Guaranteed $30m, ten times his largest grossing UFC fight. Estimated to be up to around $75m when all the sponsorship and ticketing trickles in.
