Some posts from the QPR forum about his appointment... Have to say this has stunned me, if he was genuinely one of our first choices and he has taken up a role at Swindon. I know he wasn't thought of that highly on here but I would have had him ahead of Olly and Robinson etc.

What a weird appointment.
How is Sherwood in any way qualified for a DOF role? But then again, how was Ferdinand when he joined us?!!
Assume he's there to continue the tradition of Swindon Town being our feeder club

Can only be good news surely? Things couldn't carry on the way they were.
