I did six quiz walls (you know like Only Connect) about Town players. They might pass a bit of time this afternoon, if you are stuck inside... https://thewashbag.com/2016/05/06/play-our-swindon-town-quiz-walls/

I think they are okay but some people seem to think they are a bit tricky. See what you think.

This is actually really quite good. I love Only Connect, actually applied for the next series with a few guys from work but didn't get is as we aren't savants...

Half the people on that programme are semi-pro quizzes or seemingly on that circuit.
The walls are fun to do but there is no edit function so if a player who played for Rovers and us was also Welsh, you have to start again.

That last one was by Ron Washbag. He lives for numbers/spreadsheets and he's Excelled himself there.

Everyone's got to have a Project

When I was a kid in the 50's, primary education consisted of a relentless diet of rote learning, emphasis on grammar, handwriting skill, mental arithmetic and mensuration. Failure to master skills was often followed by corporal punishment.

Then from the 60's it seemed like all kids did something called Project Work...so yes everyone had to have a Project....reading the papers it appears that primary kids don't have Project Work any more.

Those are brilliant. Just (without spoilers) don't be as lazy as I am when explaining your answers, as it seems relatively fussy.

Please make more everyone!

Excellent - I was flying there until the slightly humbling last one (0/10)...

Because there is nothing else going on at Town - I made some more quiz walls
https://thewashbag.com/2016/11/03/test-your-town-knowledge-with-our-new-quiz-walls-part-2/

Get 100% on the last one and I would be amazed... The others though? Really easy.

It's now BBC Two virgin-off, thank you

(I applied last year, we didn't get on)

Good walls though, 30 minutes of entertainment at work much appreciated. That last one was tough, only got one group!
