Does anyone know of any decent places that sell fairly cheap second hand desktops? A friend is trying to watch TV through his current desktop but it keeps shutting off. I don't think he's too fussed about gaming or any of that malarky.

You can pick up a decent new desktop these days for a couple hundred. If they are not fussed about brand, look at zoostorm.

Switch On Computers on Morley Street. I know the owner, Darren.

If his PC is switching off it's probably overheating. Could be a relatively simple fix.

One of the Zoostorm pre built systems, £129. Would do the job fine for cheap.

I wouldn't advise buying a PC with no operating system for a normal user.

What sort of spec and budget are you looking for? I may have an old one for sale.
