I want to record a couple of races from here:

What would the best way to do it be?

Would I need to get Audacity or something like that?

Can anyone help please?

The expensive industry standard, Camtasia, might be overkill

They also do a free version called Jing, but only records up to 5 minutes. It has other limitations as well, but you'll have to see for yourself.

For shiny over-priced fashion accessories you also have Screenflow.

And also Voila, which is cheap.

I've just tried Jing. Can't quite get it working properly for some reason.
