The only way that they will do anything is if the club/trust get involved. They won't give a shit about individual complaints, they are still getting your money wether you listen to our commentary or the oppositions...
Would be nice for the club to get involved as the service is promoted on their site..
It certainly isn't an individual problem as it happens to ALL of us listening, its also wierd how EVERY other club has no issues.
Something somewhere is wrong with just our live feeds, it is either the BBC feed to "player" or the "player" feed to us.
Either way "player" is part of the equation so should do something about fixing it as they are the ones taking the money.
