Display this afternoon without him, I hope, will demonstrate why he isn't starting every week.  He's a great player, and a strong member of a strong squad.  But I do wonder whether he has an exaggerated sense of his self worth.  He needs to think carefully.  Could be a wrong turn he's making here.

Fully agree. The club picked him up from non-league with a view to the future. He started a few games about this time last year, with performances up and down, with Cooper admitting at the time it was a bit early for him.

This season, he's mostly been out with injury, and cannot get in a side that are second in the league. He would be better biding his time and once he gets in the side, make sure he cannot be left out.

Given that none of us know exactly why Branco wants to leave, maybe it's a bit harsh to judge?

That can't be right. City have already played there and created enough chances to win every game this season. Twice.  Wink

Notts comms explicitly mentioned Bristol City and still said we were the best.

Very enjoyable commentary, and not just cos it actually works!

Chairman saying he doesn't want to stay and player suggesting that lack of selection is not down to him.

Sounds just groovy.

Of course lack of selection isn't down to him.

That's why we've got Coops

Got to be a bit careful there. Can see us going down to 10.

But for all we know he was offered less money than he's on now.

But if its as it seems then yes, he has over estimated his own worth. He's an average defender with potential. It will be a shame to lose him. But I won't lose sleep over it, particularly if he's been tapper up/playing games.

I'd be stunned if we offered him less. Stunned.

Melee in the tunnel now. This is bizarre, is like Swindon are trying to make a game they're controlling into a physical battle, which would be a dream for us.

From a notts fan. Bit worrying.

Me too, was just trying to find a way to make r4e's comment work to be honest.
