2 draws wasn't it?

Oops, yes, for some reason I thought they had lost to orient!

Another good result for us tonight with Sheffield United only being 1-0 down after the 1st leg in the cup. Means they'll play a full strength team next Wednesday for the 2nd leg so hopefully be a bit drained for our game on the Saturday.

Sheffield Utd perfect result v Spurs tonight. They will hopefully bust a gut in front of a full house next week just before we travel up there.

Nice too see good old JMac up to his usual tricks as well, brought back some bad memories (dodgy sliced clearances and handballs).

Thought we had no money.

The squad have flown out for sunnier climes for a spot of warm weather training.

Nice one!

I was thinking about this t'other day....remember another squad that did it (when I say remember, can't recall which one), just that we turned to shit on return.

Can't see this lot quaffing copious amounts of San Miguel, though.

For young lads they do seem very sensible and focussed.

Maybe that's because there are no bitter, gnarled old pros to lead them astray

Got a feeling it may have been Bobby Smith's 79/80 side....so yes it was probably more R and R than anything else.

Spain seems favourite.

Not sure how much warmer it is there, though

Off to watch Slipknot / Korn in Cardiff it means I can leave at lunch time park up at the hotel and a few sherbets whilst watching Soccer Saturday. Only pain is getting up early Sunday morning to get my lad back to Cirencester for 10:30 KO
