With no safety certificate can't the council shut the ground - I pressume that is just as there is no emergency PA system for emergencies or is there another reason we may not have a certificate ?

I believe it was mentioned that the emergency PA system that is used for steward notices and gives the emergency evacuation details etc does not work either now in the DR, hence mention of safety certificate |

The PA system does work in the DRS, trouble is it has a 'spinal tap' volume system that goes to eleven. It's so loud that the speaker sounds like the singer from one of those metal bands, you know the ones, sounds like the microphone is being eaten.
If you live in Wroughton you can probably hear what is being said, quite clearly.

Even FORWAARRDDD guy in the town end was quiet on Saturday. We had to poke him to make sure he was still alive. |
