As in 'Game On' the bbc comedy from the mid 90s about a bloke who has agrophobia and panic attacks if he steps outside his flat ?

I fuckin loved Game On, very funny.

Went to V two years ago to see Athlete, Foo's, Queens of the Stone Age, Feeder and the Chilli's, I really enjoyed it.

Not a real festival though, just a gathering I'd say.

I went this year and it was superb. Cheesy

Joss Stone was indeed pony, but the three acts that followed her (Athlete, Embrace and Franz Ferdinand) were all great.

Yesterday had a much better atmosphere than Saturday which was like a chav convention. Loads of shell suit wearing Oasis fans all getting shit faced and fighting with each-other. Beers  :box:

Highlights of the festival for me were:

- Saturday watching the Streets (not a huge fan but worked well as a festival act) with only a few others (okay 20,000) whilst the other 70,000 were watching the over rated and totally pony Kaizer Cheifs.

- Doves, great set (as always)

- Chemical Brothers (last act on the 2nd stage on Saturday) great.

- New band called Diefenbach, very good.

- Ian Brown, the monkey fan was amazing and only played to 5,000 of us crammed in to a tent last thing last night. Did his own stuff then played some classic Stone Roses. :\/

- Sonic Youth (the band not the TEF version) and Jet were also good.

Not the same scale or as good as Glastonbury but a lot closer for me and plus it stayed dry all weekend. Wink

Cheers to Mex for the Blackpool game updates. Cool

Glasto is the daddy of all festivals, and nothing can top it.
But any gig with Oasis, Athlete and Kaiser Chiefs would be good in my eyes!

Ahhhhh ! You had me frantically searching the BBC website and UKNova.com to see if there was a new series. Agree that it was bloody good and sadly missing from today's TV lineup !

Has anyone noticed that Martin is in those new Tango clear adverts? the "it's a metaphor" ads. He's the boss who sticks his head round the corner, I'm sure it's him.

Samantha Janus was hot in Game On as well... Oops
