Has anyone ever managed this? I've had this S3 for nearly two years but have never once managed to successfully do a backup in Kies. I've tried four or five different PCs, different versions of Kies, Android has obviously been updated, etc etc. It all seems a bit useless really...

I have done in the past but Kies is crap. I just copy and paste the files I need into explorer directories
