If we let him go, someone else WILL take him on and benefit on the pitch.
So we may as well keep him.

He's on a good League One wage, it's been reportedly that he attends training at his own leisure and has run-ins with the law on an almost monthly basis.
Let someone else benefit. Southampton couldn't change him, Newcastle United couldn't change him and Swindon Town, who have been more than patient and sympathetic towards him, could not change him. My money is that the next team will fail too.
Nile Ranger is surely not worth it? There must be goalscorers out there who can behave, be available every week?

1. Give him a big fine. 2. Take up the contract option. 3. Sell for a profit.

People will take him on but no one will pay for him. He's never commanded a fee either, because he's lost his job at every club he's been with.

Is it normal for him to have been remanded in custody for a criminal damage case?

He's pleaded not guilty. Maybe the door started it and it was self defence?

Someone like Ranger probably believes that it was indeed self defence! What a tool!

Not guilty - it was the drink that made him do it, or was it the girl and that is why he hit her as he didnt want to do it but she insisted so he done it to show how he was such a big man

Maybe he actualy believes he is not guilty- Definition of criminal damage- A person who without lawful excuse destroys or damages any property belonging to another intending to destroy or damage any such property or being reckless as to whether any such property would be destroyed or damaged shall be guilty of an offence. As he was locked out, does he believe forcing entry to his home is a lawful excuse. As he is partially responsible for the upkeep of common areas- service charge or rent, does he believe this gives him a degree of ownership. Has anyone from the company owning the building actually asked him to pay for the damage? Just a few points.

When I was a young 19 year old, I had a bit too much liquor one night and also got arrested for criminal damage. I pleaded guilty though because they sort of had me bang to rights. I was found laying in a bush by the old bill with a car aerial and a headlamp off a Citroen CV6. If I'd pleaded not guilty, I dread to think what sentence I'd got.
