I am looking to buy a used or ex display Iphone 4s, min 16gb. Prefer an unlocked one or a 3 network one. Been looking on eBay but have missed out a couple of times. Looking to spend up to £180ish. Can anyone recommend a site where refurbished / ex display phones can be purchased? I was wondering if mobile retailers use outlets for phones that have been used under contract
