MORE SWINDON CUP TICKETS RECEIVED

Posted on: Mon 16 Sep 2013

A number of additional tickets are to go on sale for the previously sold-out away fan section for the Capital One Cup tie at Swindon.

Chelsea Football Club took the full allocation originally offered. These tickets have become available due to an agreement reached between Swindon Town FC and their local police force.

The match at the County Ground is on Tuesday 24 September with a 7.45pm kick-off.

Tickets, which are priced at £25, will be sold online only to season ticket holders (60 per cent of the new allocation) and members (40 per cent).

Season ticket holders who have not already bought a ticket can purchase one per person on Tuesday 17 September from 7am.

Members who have not already bought a ticket can purchase one per person on Wednesday 18 September from 7am.

Subject to availability, season ticket holders and members can buy an extra two tickets each (maximum of three in total) on Thursday 19 September from 7am.

Subsidised travel will operate for this match. Coaches will depart Stamford Bridge at 4.15pm, with tickets priced £10 per person.

I'd rather they had more tickets than pollute the seats in the home ends.

More likely the front of the Arkells as the tickets are £25 each.

It is the front of the Arkells, but tickets in the Bank are also £25.

Good move IMO, gives an extra couple of days for tickets to sell out earlier!

My mate had all sorts of trouble getting his online today. The system only allows you to buy a concession ticket and they can't take telephone bookings for those with 15 points. He had to buy the concession and then upgrade and pay the rest on Saturday!

Is there any rules on the type of team Chelsea have to put out in the Cup ? can they put out a team of kids for e.g or does it have to be a mixture

I suspect they will put out a team of youths and players that are not getting a game at the moment

Has anyone else noticed, on the online ticketing website, the Stratton Bank has been renamed the 'Sratton Bank'.

Can't believe Jedco's asset stripping has stooped so low as to start knicking our Ts. Maybe we should rename this forum heownend.com in anticipation  Grin

Not sure on rules for team used but as they have champions league this week as well as the week after our fixture plus prem games am guessing it wont be a full strength team that they put out

Having a mare with the system today! Trying to get one for me & my missus but it's not having it, I've got 40 points and a membership card, she has 15 and the membership. It says 10 points on the website. Getting a bit frustrated with it now.
