Haha in fairness to Sheehan he was very good in 09/10. Morrison always looked dodgy to me.
Forgot about Miglioranzi, he would be in my side instead of Igoe - centre midfield and defence was an area short on quality options.
No Caddis on the basis that he only proved himself at League 2 level for us.

We have definately had a lot more quality at RB than LB during the last 10 years, no one really stands out at LB

Ward could have been in there. He was here for a good half season at least wasn't he? I only said about short term loans to avoid James Milner being in every side.

Good shout, got me thinking this so here goes...
Foderingham - best keeper since Digby for me. Imperious.
Caddis - finest RB I've seen since Kerslake, gutted and perplexed when he left the club. Greer - True leader of men at the back. Ifil - The BEAST was quality for us. 200+ appearances for the mighty reds? come on. Nicholas - Honestly can't find a better more consistent LB over last 10yrs. clearly slim pickings for the no.3 jersey!
Igoe - what a player, on his day really was untouchable, will never forget his debut pre season thought we'd signed the blond maradona Miglioranzi - classy, silky skills, unlocked defenses, a joy to watch was Migz. McCormack - What a fucking player. Earns his spot in any team. D, D Ward - power, pace, skill, excitement, creative, goals. Complete package.
Parkin - First name on the teamsheet. Old School forward with sublime positioning and an eye for a finish out of nothing. Austin - probably most natural finisher I've seen at the CG in 25 years. He really was THAT good.
Bench: Smith (G) - a more than worthy no.2 between the sticks Cox - only two slots up top but what a player to come off the bench... Gurney - fucking solid bastard with a demon free kick on him. never forget what nearly was, that night at elland road... Howard - shone in a truly decent team but couldn't quite find him a first XI place Heywood - Solid cover at CB Peacock - consistent performer, always gave 100% and some vital goals Ferry - Just makes it in but more to come from the wee man
