Looking for it online now - is it called the York Tap?  Google says it is next door to Coopers and it gets good reviews.

Definately heading to the Sheff tap. At least 4 Thornbridge beers including the awesome Jaiper IPA. Gets you shit faced in no time that stuff, fucking lovely.

Best station pub has to be the Rat Race Ale House at Hartlepool though...
