A2 sized work

I've started doing an A2 sized poster and unfortunately Word doesn't go up to that size, I downloaded Publisher but it requires a product key, which I don't have because Microsoft Office came on my computer in starter form. To save me buying it what other free programs would be best for doing an A2 sized poster? Should I just do it in A4 and scale it up, or will that look shit?
