Skype Problem

Can anyone help me.

My Skype is not letting me call out.....on checking the settings on the Firewall it is saying custom permission...in contrast to all the other settings which say Allow outbound connection...i try to change the setting to this for the Skype connection but it keeps changing back to custom permission so not allowing me to connect

Is there an easy answer to this....i have tried uninstaling and instaling but to no avail.
