Makes me feel less guilty about watching fleetwood v pox corporate......agreed that last season.

You'd be surprised. I've been to Fleetwood and their facilities are top notch. The home bar puts the Legends Lounge to shame so I can only imagine what the facilities are like in their main stand where the boxes are.

They never fancied this at all after the arse raping we gave them a few weeks back I think they are just delaying the inevitable

Apparently they have been chomping at the bit to play us and get revenge though which makes this decision even more baffling. Oh well. To be honest it's probably good that we get a few days extra rest ahead of a busy few weeks.

Better then getting up there and then find out the game has been postponed.
I knew some one would say that - Do you not think that maybe there's a happy medium somewhere between 24+ hours before and 30 minutes before? Hmmm

I was just using it as an example mate. Fleetwood's ground isn't the one burger van and portakabin that many would think. I was shocked. Well smart

Is ther no way we can complain about this, it's a joke, the weather from midnight up their is above freezing and by 3am 5 degrees. Surely a 8a, pitch inspection would have been better?

Following on from that, does a football league rep have to check to confirm the pitch is already unplayable now they have postponed?

If they've had as much snow up there as I suspect then it would probably have been off anyway. To call it off for a frozen pitch at lunchtime today with the forecasted temperatures is pretty baffling though.

Apparently there's quite heavy snow falling further north at the moment.
