Looks like he came back too early then if your source is correct.

Could be a blessing. I don't think he's been that good this season. League one strikers are better than league two. Although I think we'd have been much wiser to try him at full back more often.

He's not been as good but he's still been good. Our defence has looked better when he has played in my opinion. I'd like to see him used at RB more when Thompson isn't available. Devera doesn't cut it there and is more of a CB.

We concede slightly more goals per game with him than without this season

BAM BAM BAAAAAMMMMMMM

Although TBF, we have played a lot more with him than without.

Without any doubt one of the first names on the team sheet. Probably the first.

He's played well enough to be in my first choice back four. One thing i didn't realise though Dave is that league one strikers are better than league two.

Everyday is a school day. Always learning. :-)

As long as Thompson's fit I think we have enough players to cope without him.

That's a real blow if he is out for a while, I also think he should be one of the first names on the team sheet. If Nathan is fit and plays well we might just get away with Macca missing but with a lot of Tuesday, Saturday games coming up more injured players is the last thing we needed.

Viva la Thompson. Devera's lost at RB, and I do think McCormack has looked a little bit more lost at CB this season than last. Our GD is testament to that. I think using him in front of the back two instead of Miller, and using him and Thompson as our right-backs (or even left if Jay Mac continues to be inconsistent) is our best option when he gets back from this unconfirmed injury.

Great player, great captain (especially taking over when he did), and someone I don't want to see dropped from the teamsheet at all. Best thing about him for that is he's flexible position wise.

Anyone know if Ward has been given permission to play for us in the FA Cup?...presume it would be him and Flint at CB on Saturday if Macca is out?
