i have had the same thing recently mate, did it first start hurting when you woke up? cause i had a dead shoulder for about 2 days, cause i slept funny!  Soapy Tit Wank

yeah, I can move my shoulder but it's incredibly painful in certain positions. The pain is at the back of my upper arm more than my shoulder though, I've dosed myself up on painkillers and it's a bit better. It was fine when I woke up though  :?
