I would have been there on the Saturday, but can't do Sunday. The Preston Guild can go fuck themselves (unless they are like the Batley Women's Guild and are recreating the Battle of Bosworth throughout the entire town, in which case I'll pop up on Saturday).

I think the Preston Women's Guild would probably do something more modern, not like re-enacting the first heart transplant..
but maybe...Ernest Marples opening the Preston By-Pass in 1959.....Britain's first stretch of autobahn |
