..obviously weren't lucky enough last season,so what better excuse for a spot of retail therapy in swindon yesterday,to buy some jeans,tops ect?Then i spent about 30 minutes dancing around to Razorlight deciding what i'll wear next season.  Its of high importance because everything i wear,if we win,the clothes[in my warped mind]become imbued with magical luck. I have to admit its a rather worrisome side of my personality, this belief that everything i wear effects swindon.I think it is some kind of low level Swindon o.c.d,or more likely i am just going mad in my old age.  Thank fuck the season is only a week away. |

i have lucky pants for playing football.
Thing is the wife has thrown them out now as they were rank with holes everywhere and were a faded black.
i scored 9 goals in our remaining 12 games whilst wearing them last season.
will have to get some new lucky pants for this season :-))(

I wore the same pants in the play offs when we beat Gillingham and Charlie Henry scored the winner then again at wembley against Sunderland and then again when we beat Leicester. Last year against Brighton I put them on again specially knowing that the result was in my hands(or pants). With one minute to go I was so excited about another trip to Wembley that I pissed myself and without thinking changed my pants. The rest is history.
I was wondering if I gave my magic pants to Andy King and he wore them at every game would we win every time. Or maybe they are special play off pants.
