I see that Rooney is back with us after Sat I'm assuming this is that he is not wanted any longer by Burton rather than us recalling him

He joined on 28th September on a month's loan, think that's why.

Also, haven't you been listening to Paolo? We've got an INJURY CRISIS. The more bodies he can get in the better.

Looking at Burton's recent matches and he hasn't really been a regular there. Unused sub in a couple of matches.

Seen a few Burton fans on Twitter saying he was OK for the first few games then just didn't get played after that. Sounds like he won't be missed much up there. Hardly inspiring for when he gets back here next week but maybe Paolo can actually play him this time.

He was exactly what we needed when he signed last January so hopefully he can find that form again.

The good form Luke Rooney is an average League 1 player, the normal Luke Rooney (I.e. the performance against Preston) is out of his depth.

Playing him on the right might help him, seems out of sorts using his left foot.

Playing him in the conference would help him more...
