As I am now a single guy again, I am going to let out two rooms in my house to help pay the bills, I have two double rooms to let in old walcot, which is about a 5 min walk from town and has parking on the drive, the house is clean and tidy ish and has a large garden,
does anyone have any idea of what the going rent rate is for a room like this?

My sister works for the NHS Trust she helps find accomodation for Polish nurses in private houses usually for 6 months. They pay 70 quid a week which is garunteed. I think you have to pay bills and council tax. They get therir own food and stuff. We had one in our spare room she was a bit grumpy but great to look blonde 21 years old even had the pigtails and everything, very clean and tidy. Polish women are the poor mans Swedes. Dan25, my company is trying to get in with the NHS can you pm me details and I can contact your sister, natuarally if anything comes off I will get youa drink (bit of cash) Going rate is £300 but it will be safe at £275 at the mo. Might get a pole in my spare room, 21 and blonde you say?  |
