I thought korma was indian. But Chicken Tikka massala was invented in Bradford in the 60's and the first ones were served by restaurants over here using heinz baked bean sauce.
Oooh, actually you might be right. Maybe I've mixed up me kormas and massalas. Or maybe they were both invented over here. Who knows? I'm getting worried now about the whole Indian restaurant thing - anyone been to India? Do they actually eat curries at all or are they all just sitting down tucking into pie and chips and laughing their tits off at us thinking they eat kormas?

In my Madhur Jaffrey she defines a Khorma as any rich meat dish.....in India normally although not exclusively goat.

I've just had a big fuck off Donar with chips virtually dripping with fat, washed down with a couple of Stellas and a cigarette. If I reach forty i'll be a lucky fucker.

I wanna be Heston Blumenthal and feed you dog snot roulade on a bed of nail clippings tinged with a varicose vein coulis.
ps Korma is for lightweights - Xacutti is the one true dish
