Jeremy Wray is the best thing to happen to this club in a long time, brilliant chairman! Hope he becomes 'permanent' chairman soon...

I wonder how many of you would think the same if a certain player signed?

Do we really need an appreciation thread?  I think the Chairman understands that most of our fans - at least those with a brain - think he is doing a great job.  I am irritated (as I have pointed out on the other thread) with the way the McCormick story has become a distraction for us.  It was well-intentioned, but we didn't need it.  If it did cause the Chairman to seriously consider resignation, only then would my respect for him start to falter.

PS  Some positive news regarding ground redevelopment would make my summer.  JW and the other board members have a real opportunity to carve a legacy for themselves and for the club.  I hope (and expect) that this is not going to be derailed by an episode involving someone who hasn't even signed for us.

If perchance he casts his eye over this thread (and forum to be fair), I hope that if nothing else, he realises that he and his cohorts are hugely respected and that we have a rather large section of dribbling idiots who like to make a lot of over-reactionary fuss and blow everything out of proportion. This club will go places, and the majority of supporters want them to remain for a long time.

Unless he classes Laughing Cow triangles as his favourite cheese. In that case, he can do one...

I find the cheese speculation unhelpful.

Would that be because you don't like cheese, or that you just find calling Laughing Cow a cheese, sacrilege?

I bought myself a lump of Grana Padano yesterday. That's a sexy cheese. Although truth be told I still find Parmigiano the daddy.
