A friend of mine is going to feature on Take It Like A Fan on Sunday morning at Wembley but doesn't have this season's home shirt. Anyone, London based or going to be at Wembley before 930, got one they're not wearing and he can borrow for an hour or two?

Pretty sure he could phone the club shop, buy one and get it shipped for next day delivery.

Pretty sure he doesn't want to part with £40 for two hours of wear though!

"Take it like a plastic?" He, like me and many others, just does not see the value in buying a replica shirt. I haven't worn one, outside of playing football, since I was about 17 I reckon, hence why I can't help him out!

I'm only kidding. I only own one town shirt and certainly don't clammer for a new one at any point.

I got one for my missus after Tuesday's game with Turkey as Paolo put's it. Had to take it back today as it's to "fitting" which I should have realised as they have been the last two season. There is next to nothing left shirt wise in the home kit except for XXL. I changed it for one of the logo's generic polo shirt ones.
The Manager infomred me that next seasons shirts are going to be £45 as ADIDAS have upped the prices 20%!!

I'd still rather have a adidas shirt than a shitty brand to be honest even paying a premium.

Thats actually a valid point, as i dont have one blemish on this years, or even the white one from 2 years ago, unlike my older ones with snags everywhere, and they do get a bit of wear and abuse.

This is a golden opportunity, he could wear one of FLASH's "Messiah" t-shirts instead.
