I've recently been weighing up the possibility of not living at halls for the last part of term. I'll save myself 2 grand (I'm skint so could use the cash) but my social life would take a real nosedive as I'd be living on my own (parents own a house in London). Would you rather have the money and a shit social life or be a social pauper?

Ours are a real shithole, but you can't beat the banter, the people, the conversations, the socials, the drinking, all of it!

I got kicked out today, so there's no decision to make. Oh well the money's decent. Me and the warden have come to a financial agreement that if I leave before the end of this term I get some money back for this term too.
