For those with nothing better to do, can you name the seven footballers who during the course of their career, both played for Spurs and captained England.  Please note, they need not have captained England while playing for Spurs - just to have done both at some point.

Why is it?
He seems to have the same "never say die, put your head in the way of the boot" spirit that Stuart Pearce used to have. I like that.
