I had my first ever sleepwalking episode last night. I woke up at 2am this morning to find myself lying on the bed in my spare room.
I definetly went to sleep in my own bed.
Anyone else here been known to sleepwalk?

Not me personally but one of my friends suffers quite badly and has woken up a few times outside of his house. The best one though was when his wife woke up and found him in the garden completely starkers. True story.

My lad who is 8 sometimes does although he seems to largely grown out of it.
The worse few time were when he was just lay on his bed with his eyes wide open but not responding to anything, really freaked me out that did.

Had a mate in school who did that, we would be on school trips and he's fall asleep on the bus, but with his eyes pretty much open. |

My house mate at university sleep walked. There were numerous episodes but the funniest one was when our other house mate woke up spooning him one morning. Allegedly they had both gone to sleep in thier own bedrooms. I started locking my door after that episode.
Can be dangerous at times, probably a good idea to see the quack

I do. Especially when I take something to help me sleep (pills/night nurse) - the other day I had thumping headache so took something strong and woke up in the middle getting dressed.
I've walked out of hotel rooms, downstairs, try to beat the wife up.
My daughter is the same.

I cant confirm it but im pretty sure I sleep walked and peed in the corner of my bedroom (a couple of times) when I was younger

Friend of mine used to do it all the time. He woke up naked on the communal stairs to his block of flats once, in bed with a french flat mate once and another time naked in outside of this flat mates door with his boxer shorts stuffed under her door.
He was a heavy drinking irish lad which may explain a lot.
