Talking of superstitions, I've somehow managed to get myself into a pre match routine now and we always win.

Before the game, I go to the gym and go round the equipment in a certain order for a set time. I then wear the same jeans and polo shirt to the game.

I feel a bit rough today but know I have to force myself down the gym else we will lose !

I'm going mad aren't I.
