This is quite funny - Friend of mines parents decided to cover both eventualities when getting Oxford tickets - one got in the queue about 5am, the other decided to wait until the phone lines opened - 10.30 arrived and the one that phoned got 5 tickets before the guy who had been queuing for 5 hours got to the ticket office therefore had queued for nothing in the freezing cold!

Ummm yeah. This was the point people were making as to why they shouldn't have been available on the phone. I tried but after being on hold for 10 minutes gave up. They were quoting 10p a minute from a landline so dread to think how much from a mobile.
