Apparantley there is 2 people serving and 3 answering phones......

I just tried ringing on my mobile and they aren't even letting anyone go on hold anymore, just telling you it's too busy.

Nah, there will be one answerer and the rest on kiosk I reckon. To be honest I can't complain if all 1200 go to this queue. Would have plied one of them in the queue with beer to get me one if it wasn't such a pfaff getting the ST back in time for Tuesday (hi Ghanimah)

A bit of a pain for those of us stuck out of Swindon today. Just hope that the game is somehow shown at the CG or on t'internet.

I was told there would be 2 manning the phones and 2 at the Windows. If I lived near Swindon I would've queued,but fuck that.

If I was queuing this morning I really wouldn't worry about not getting a ticket, if it's who I think it is on the phone then it'll be a miracle if he sells more than 2 an hour. The guy took half an hour to work a PDQ machine when I phoned up.
