The phonelines weren't supposed to open until 8.45am? Unless they've got someone purely manning the phone, I'd imagine they've got their hands full with people in the queue. Anyone on here get the first ticket? |

If I was queueing for a ticket and missed to somebody that called in while sat at home in the warm, I would be mightilly pissed off.
I'm guessing they may shift the peeople queueing first.
