Won't really matter if Forest win the replay . . .

Bizarrely (Bogus Dave note), we've never played Leicester in either of the major cups.  Whereas we've been to Forest at least a couple of times since I've been going.

Don't think we've ever won at the City Ground....so maybe Leicester would be the better prospect.

Only Forest v Swindon cup ties I can think of are donkeys years ago. 1978 and 1967?

I might go if flights aren't extortionate! Which is the better city to have a night out? Nottingham I assume?

That's right....67 game went to the 3rd match at Villa Park, crowd of over 50,000. 78 game was at the start of the Clough reign, they were very good..

From a Leicester fan: "Beggars (Swindon) can't be choosers. They'll be lucky if they ever play a club as big as us in the league in the next 5 years."

Have they forgotten we were in the same division a few years ago? Yes, they're a big club, but come on...

Thinking of going to this whoever we end up with. I missed the Wigan game because of work!

Yep. And arguably, on paper they had an easier draw than us in R3!

Like I said their fans are so far up their own arses after spending a bit of money.  If we do go through I hope we beat them would be great to bring them down to earth again.  If we lose then no biggie afterall we're the underdogs and the pressure will be on them to win especially at home.

Smiley Hahaha. This was always designed to wind readers up.

Ah there's always down-on-their-luck-because-they-overspent bigger teams in the 3rd Tier these. If we go up next season we could be facing Forest again or Coventry City.

Yeah, I was replying to Costanza but didn't quote. Reassuringly the Ricoh is still called the Ricoh.
