This is where the season ticket swipe card system gets interesting. If you enjoy a few beers and get into the ground just before ko someone more than likely is going to be sitting/standing in your seat. The cards have no seat numbers on them so unless you keep your card in its holder how do you prove that's your seat. Hassle with seats at 3 pm is not going to go down to well with anyone.

I've lost my holder, so if anyone is in my seat I'll just tell them to show me their ticket.

Got me tickets courtesy of mum and dad ticketing services - apparently I got the last 2 tickets together in the whole ground.

Good news is Mrs B is coming and the last two games she went to were Leeds (H) and Southampton (A) in the play off season.

8,488 tickets sold and it's not yet Christmas. Great effort.

Large proportion of Town End have to keep season ticket cards in their holders as stewards always ask to check them! It's a tad irritating.

The cards are already personalised, so I don't know why row/seat aren't printed on them as well.

If I was able to go (I'm not) I'd be tempted to get a Stratton Bank ticket just for old times' sake.  I spent most of my first few seasons up there...incl the Prem season.

Every Town fan should be made to endure a few games on the Bank in the middle of winter. Not a real fan unless you've come close to dying from hyperthermia whilst watching a dull 0-0 draw from the Bank.

The last time I went on the Bank was for the Liverpool game in that Prem season....pretty sure it was still a terrace, so I would use it early season when you got decent weather.  Once seats went in though, that was it for me.  I did once have an argument with Hardman at an AGM about the decision to put seats on the Bank...his line was as we'd be in the top two divs, it was a legal requirement.....my line was that the way the club was run, it was more likely we'd be in the lower 2 divs, so unnecessary.

TBF to Hardman, I think we have spent 3 seasons outside Div 3 or 4 since then, but it was 16 years ago. Typical Town, end up doing the wrong thing for the seemingly right reasons....how good would it have been in that time, to have had a proper little terrace....I'm sure some sort of roof could have been put on, a bit like Pompey did with the Milton End.

There is quite simply no comparison between the Bank when terraced and the bank now.  I wouldn't chose to go on it now, it would ruin the memories of the old days.

The majority of people on there for the Wigan game will probably be plastics as well.

One of my two memories of freezing at football matches was on the bank at a New Years game against Plymouth in which we got a very late equaliser to make it 1-1. The other was a 3rd round win at Craven Cottage in the late 80's after which I was laid up with flu for about a week.
