When my parents owned a chippy it was 12p for chips, all the kids used to come in just for the free scrumps, think chippies charge for them now !

What was the caterpillar called and at what time was it broadcast?
Always seemed to be on at an odd time to me.
Anyone remember Gamesmaster on C4 with Paddy Moore and the Sky one effort with Jet from Gladiators and Walliams? I especially enjoyed the Street Fighter over the telephone using the old DTMF.

As they've not been mentioned so far I've got to add Bertha and Greenclaws - pure class.

Based on that, I'm gonna suggest your girlfriend is slightly older than you.
