They're all a bunch of arseholes. I ended up renting directly from a landlord (they own a big block of flats), lot cheaper and a lot quicker and easier.

Pretty much any job title that includes the word "Agent" will have arseholes working there. Estate, letting, football, recruitment etc etc |

Gary or Phil at Nationwide lettings. Top blokes. They let a house opposite mine in Peatmoor. Known them for years and did unrelated letting business with them. The people they let the house to are really pleased with their arrangement.
