The only problem with shish kebabs is that they never give you enough meat.

True. Although if you find a cheap enough place and go for a large then there's plenty!

But then they give you even more salad too. So proportionately you are still afflicted by the same problem.

That's not a kebab. It's a big fat fail i'm afraid.
Wrong, it was lovely! Chicken, mushroom, cumin, coriander, garlic, olive oil and lemon. Pitta bread, salad and mayo with lemon juice....sorted. washed down with a couple of ciders

Am I the only person who eats kebabs sober too? They're great!
There's a place that does very nice kebabs near where I work. Probably have a chicken shish for lunch once a week.

i've been known to have the grottiest of grotty lamb donners sober... i like 'em. my theory on food is that if it tastes nice and doesn't make me ill, i don't really care what's in it.

Can't beat the Greenbridge Rugby Club place for kebabs. Their chickens are perfect!

I was such a regular at the kebab house around the corner from my (then) house in Southampton that they got upset when I didn't go there the odd week.
